Who We Are
Rooted in Torah. Committed to the Future.
The American Foundation for Jewish Education has spent over two decades nurturing a love of Torah learning, connecting young adults to their heritage, and building a vibrant Orthodox Jewish community.
Our Mission
Inspiring a Generation
Our mission is to inspire young adults to strengthen their relationship with God through meaningful religious education, spiritual development, and community engagement. Through classes, seminars, conferences, and social programs, we create opportunities for learning, connection, personal growth, and a deeper commitment to faith and religious values.
Our Vision
"Our vision is a world where every Jewish young adult has access to world-class Torah scholarship, a supportive community, and the tools to build a life of meaning and purpose."

Orthodox Scholarship
Our Commitment to Orthodox Jewish Learning
TAFJE is proudly rooted in the Orthodox Jewish tradition. Our curriculum is guided by the mesorah — the unbroken chain of Torah transmission from Sinai — and our faculty are trained in leading yeshivot and seminaries. We are committed to halacha, to the authority of gedolei Torah, and to the belief that authentic Jewish life is built on a foundation of serious, sustained Torah study.
